ReJox is a Split Placement and Referrals Network which brings together recruiters and companies from all over the world to interact and trade in resumes and job orders.
The B2B network will be fast, with a simple framework for splits and to review response against split orders. Candidates will be allowed to apply directly against job orders only if recruiter/employers choose to receive resumes directly from candidates.
The referral network will be powered by Social Networks and networkers will be monetized/incentivized to give referrals.
